We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging
3. Return Process

Once the return is approved and product is received, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
Replacement depends on product availability
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping will be borne by us only in case of damaged/incorrect product
For other cases (if accepted), customer may bear shipping charges
